Once you’ve submitted an enquiry, I’ll review your details and get back to you within 2 days to schedule a discovery call. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, vision, and project requirements so I can fully understand your needs. After that, I’ll provide a custom proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and pricing for your project. Once we agree and the project is booked, we’ll kick things off and I’ll guide you through each step from concept and design to final delivery ensuring your brand or website turns out exactly as you envisioned.

Once we’ve gone through the discovery call and discussed your brand or project plan, I’ll send over a contract along with a payment link. Once payment is received, you’re officially booked in with me and we can start the project. If you need a payment plan, we can set this up; however, please note that full payment must be received before any design work begins. This ensures your project is fully secured and allows me to focus on creating your best work.
